Formel 1-sesongen 2012 var den 63. Formel 1-sesongen. Sesongen besto av 20 løp og startet den 18. mars 2012 i Australia og ble avsluttet med Brasil den 25. november. For første gang siden 2007 ble det kjørt et løp i USA, på den helt nye banen Circuit of the Americas nær Austin i Texas den 18. november. Bahrains Grand Prix var også tilbake, etter at løpet i 2011 ble kansellert grunnet politisk uro i landet.

Førermesterskapet ble vunnet av Sebastian Vettel, som tok sitt tredje strake mesterskap, og konstruktørtittelen gikk til Red Bull, også det for tredje år på rad.
