Skytrax (opprinnelig kjent som Inflight Research Services) er en britisk basert konsulentselskap som vurderer flyselskaper og flyplasser og rangerer disse på sitt nettsted.[1] Skytrax utfører forskning for kommersielle flyselskaper, så vel som å innhente svar fra internasjonale reisende for å rangere kabinpersonalet, flyplasser, flyselskaper, lounge, in-flight entertainment, catering, og flere andre deler av luftfarten.[2][3] Bortsett fra disse evalueringenen er Skytrax et forum der passasjerer kan gi potensielle passasjerer innsikt og meninger om et flyselskap. Nettstedet inneholder også nyheter og undersøkelser om tilfredshet. Skytrax har en årlig World Airline Awards[4] og World Airport Awards,[5] samt rangeringen av flyselskaper og flyplasser.

I 2012 registrerte selskapet KwikCheck fem klager på Advertising Standards Authority for uttalelser på Skytrax' nettsted som beskriver omfang og pålitelighet av deres vurderinger, så vel som offisiell status, og oppdater hyppigheten av sine vurderinger. ESA ga medhold i alle fem klager og Skytrax sa seg enige i å endre noen salgsfremmende ordlyder.[6]
