Alfalfa County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Oklahoma. Det ligger nord i staten og det grenser mot Grant County i øst, Garfield County i sørøst, Major County i sør og mot Woods County i vest. Det har også grense mot delstaten Kansas i nord.

Alfalfa Countys totale areal er 2 283 km² hvorav 38 km² er vann. I 2010 hadde fylket 5 642[2] innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Cherokee som også er fylkets største by.
Fylket ble grunnlagt 16. november 1907 av land fra Woods County.[1]
