Topkapıpalasset (Topkapı Sarayı, ordrett «kanonportpalasset» på tyrkisk) er et palass i Istanbul i Tyrkia. Det ligger midt i byen på Seraljneset mellom Det gyldne horn og Marmarahavet.

Palasset var de osmanske sultanenes residens og deres rikes administrative sentrum fra 1465 til 1853. Byggingen ble innledet i 1459 på ordre fra sultan Mehmet II, og den opprinnelige delen av palasset stod klart omkring år 1465. Senere sultaner har så påbygd palasset suksessivt og ved slutten av 1500-tallet hadde det vokst til sin nåværende størrelse. Palasset er et omfattende kompleks av bygninger med flere sammenlenkede gårdsplasser. Palasset fungerte som en by i byen med opp til 4000 personer. Her var moské, bakeri, sykehus, myntverk, hager og et stort harem.[2] Dets sammenlagte areal var rundt 700 000 m².[3]

I år 1853 ble det oppgitt som dynastiets residens til fordel for det mer moderne Dolmabahçepalasset.

Topkapipalasset ble i 1924 omgjort til museum på ordre fra president Kemal Atatürk. Inne i relikvierommet i palasset oppbevares en rekke relikvier som sies å komme fra profeten Muhammed. Blant disse er en kappe, et sverd, deler av profetens skjegg, en tann og et avtrykk fra hans fot. Verdt å besøke er også Topkapipalassets harem.
