Ilocos Sur er en filippinsk provins i landsdelen Luzon. Den ligger nord for Manila, i regionen Ilocos. Provinshovedstaden er Vigan City. Nord for Ilocos Sur er provinsene Ilocos Norte og Abra, i øst er Mountain Province, i sør er Benguet og La Union. Utenfor vestkysten er Sør-Kina-havet.
