Gratiot County

Gratiot County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Michigan. Det ligger på den sørlige halvøya (Lower Peninsula) og grenser mot Clinton County i sør, Saginaw County i øst, Montcalm County i vest, Shiawassee County i sørøst, Ionia County i sørvest, Midland County i nordøst og mot Isabella County i nordvest.

Gratiot Countys totale areal er 1 480 km² hvorav 4 km² er vann. I 2000 hadde fylket 42 285 innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Ithaca og fylkets største by er Alma.
Fylket ble grunnlagt i 1855 og har fått sitt navn etter Charles Gratiot, en offiser som bygget Fort Gratiot.
