Félix de Almeida Mendonça (født 23. mars 1928 i Conceição do Almeida i Bahia i Brasil, død 26. juni 2020 i Salvador i Bahia), bedre kjent som bare Félix Mendonça, var en brasiliansk politiker og ingeniør.
