Els-Marie Augusti (født 1981^[2]) er en norsk psykolog som er seniorforsker ved Nasjonalt kunnskapssenter om vold og traumatisk stress (NKVTS).^[3] Hun forsker blant annet på vold og overgrep mot barn, kognitiv utvikling, emosjoner og kognisjon, beslutningsprosesser i barnevernet og barn som vitner. Hun har doktorgrad i utviklingspsykologi fra Psykologisk institutt ved Universitetet i Oslo.^[4]
