Amsterdam er et kommunefritt område (unincorporated community) i Licking County, i delstaten Ohio i USA.[1]

Historie rediger
Amsterdam ble opprettet når National Road ble forlenget til dette stedet.[2] Stedet ble opprettet i 1830.[3] En gammel variant av samfunnet var Melgen.[1] Et postkontor kalt Melgen ble etablert i 1888 og var i drift til 1901.[4]
