The Best of The Band, Vol. II er, som tittelen sier, det andre tilskuddet i Greatest hits-serien til The Band, gitt ut i oktober 1999 på Rhino Records. Albumet samler elleve spor tatt fra de tre albumene gitt ut med gruppens senere besetning, det prøvde å lage et portrett av gruppen uten Richard Manuel og Robbie Robertson.
