Howie Schneider
Howard Adolph Schneider (født 24. april 1930, død 28. juni 2007), bedre kjent som Howie Schneider, var en prisbelønnet tegneserieskaper, skulptør og barnebokforfatter som bodde og arbeidet i Massachusetts. Hans mest kjente tegneserie, Eek & Meek gikk fra 1965 til 2000 i mer enn 400 aviser gjennom Newspaper Enterprise Association.

Etter avslutningen Eek and Meek ble Schneider redaksjonellte neserieskaper for en ukentlig tegneserie kalt Unshucked, for Provincetown Banner i Provincetown, Massachusetts.[4]
I oktober 2003, lanserte han en daglig Sunday strip,The Sunshine Club, som ble distribuert av United Festure Syndicate.[5][6]
Schneider satt i 20 år i styret i Newspaper Features Council, og åtte år i styret for the National Cartoonists Society.

Schneider var en to-ganger vinner av Beste Editorial Cartoon fra New England Press Association.[5]
