Beskrivelse
English: 9,337 GRT passenger liner MS Accra, built by Harland and Wolff in 1926. 14.5 knots. Sister ship to MS Apapa. Owned by Elder Dempster Lines (British and African Steam Navigation Co). On 26 July 1940 Accra was in Convoy BB 188 when U-34 torpedoed and sank her in the North Atlantic about 320 nautical miles west of Ireland, killing 24 of the people aboard.
