Billy Ray Cyrus
William «Billy» Ray Cyrus (født 25. august 1961 i Flatwoods, Kentucky, USA) er en amerikansk artist. Han har blant annet gitt ut singelen «Achy Breaky Heart» i 1992. Han har flere barn deriblant Miley Cyrus, Braison Chance, Noah og Christopher Cody. I tillegg har han adoptivbarna Trace Cyrus og Brandi Cyrus.
