Bijayshree Routray (født 28. juli 1953 i Orissa i India, død 2. juni 2021) ^[1] var en indisk politiker.^[2]

Han tilhørte partiet Janata Dal og representerte valgkretsene Basudevpur fra 1990 til 2019^[3]^[4] og var også minister i delstatsregjeringen.^[5]^[6]

Routray døde av covid-19 i en alder av 67 år.^[7]
