The Shirelles

The Shirelles var et amerikansk band som på 60-tallet ble den første jentegruppen til å toppe singellistene i USA. Gruppen bestod i Shirley Owens, Doris Coley, Beverly Lee og Addie "Micki" Harris og ble dannet i New Jersey i 1958. De er mest kjent for sine låter "Will You Love Me Tomorrow", "Mama Said", "Baby It's You" og "Sha La La".
