Roc-A-Fella Records var et amerikansk plateselskap som hadde hovedkontor i New York. Plateselskapet var grunnlagt av Shawn «Jay-Z» Carter, Damon «Dame» Dash og Kareem «Biggs» Burke i 1995. Selskapet var drevet som en avdeling tilknyttet Def Jam Recordings, med hovedfokus på hiphop. Plateselskapet huset artister som blant annet Jay-Z, Beanie Sigel, Memphis Bleek, Kanye West og menge fler. Det ble opphørt i 2013 grunnet Jay-Z forlot selskapet til fordel for å opprette Roc Nation.
