Peter Goldsmith

Peter Goldsmith, baron Goldsmith, (født 5. januar 1950 i Liverpool i England) er en britisk jurist og politiker. Han var justisminister for England, Wales og Nord-Irland i Tony Blairs regjering. 22. juni 2007 kunngjorde han sin oppsigelse som trådte i kraft fra den 27. juni 2007. Han har senere hatt verv i Fifa.[5] Det var Goldsmiths juridisk vurdering som lå bak Storbritannias medvirkning til Irak-krigen i 2003. Han arbeidet deretter for det amerikanske advokatfirmaet Debevoise & Plimpton.[6]
