Lenexa er en by i de sentrale delene av Johnson County i den nordøstre delen av Kansas. Befolkningen ble anslått til 43 434 i 2005.[3] Den er den 4. største byen i fylket målt i antall innbyggere. Som en satellittby til Kansas City i Missouri er Lenexa en del av Kansas City Metropolitan Area. De omkransende byene er Shawnee på nordsiden, Overland Park på østsiden og Olathe i sør.
