Herrenes 30 kilometer jaktstart under Vinter-OL 2010 gikk i Vancouver, Canada den 20. februar 2010 på Whistler Olympic Park i Whistler klokken 13:30.[1]

30 kilometer dobbelt jaktstart, også kalt duatlon, har vært konkurransegren i langrenn siden 2005 og i OL siden 2006. Hver deltaker går først 15 kilometer i klassisk stil, før de skifter ski og går de siste 15 kilometerne i fri teknikk. Russlands Jevgenij Dementjev var regjerende olympisk mester på distansen fra vinter-OL 2006 i Torino,[2] mens Petter Northug var regjerende verdensmester på distansen.[3]
