English: A group of Red Army officers demonstrates a captured Finnish state flag. Publicity photo made at the rear garrison for newspapers: Officers and soldiers do not carry their weapons, which would be a violation of art. 207 of the Criminal Code had it happen at the frontline.

This work is in the public domain in the United States, because it was in the public domain in its home country (Russia) on the URAA date (January 1, 1996), and it wasn't re-published for 30 days following initial publications in the U.S.
