English: Photo of: Gustavo Cuervo Rubio (6 Dec 1890 in Pinar del Rio, Cuba - 3 April 1978 in Miami, Miami-Dade County, Florida USA) was a Cuban doctor and politician. Dr. Cuervo was Vice President of Cuba from 1940-1944. He was an unsucessful candidate for Vice President in the election of 1936. He was the Foreign Minister of Cuba during the presidency of Ramón Grau. He was a signatory of Cuba's 1940 Constitution.
