Флаг округа представляет собой прямоугольное голубое полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3 с изображением фигур герба: зелёного холма, на котором стоит белая колонна с жёлтой капителью, увенчанная жёлтой же древней царской короной и сопровождённая по сторонам двумя жёлтыми шестилучевыми звёздами, каждая двумя зубцами вверх.
