Флаг представляет собой прямоугольное двустороннее полотнище светло-зелёного цвета с полосой белого цвета по нижнему краю флага, отделённой от основного фона волнистой линией. На светло-зелёном поле флага изображён золотой соболь, стоящий на задних лапах и держащий в передних лапах серебряный молот.

Соотношение ширины флага к его длине — два к трём.

Нижняя белая полоса составляет 1/6 ширины флага. Соболь высотой (от головы до подошвы лап) 2/3 высоты флага расположен по центру флага; расстояние от верхнего края флага до головы соболя составляет 1/10 высоты флага.
