  1. აჭარის ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკის გერბი წარმოადგენს ტალღისებურად გადაკვეთილ ჰერალდიკურ ფარს, ცენტრში მცირე ჰერალდიკური ფარით. მცირე ჰერალდიკურ ფარზე მეწამურ ველზე გამოსახულია ოქროს ჯვრის ბუნიანი, ვერცხლის შუბოსანი, ვერცხლის გველეშაპის განმგმირავი, ვერცხლის ცხენზე ამხედრებული ოქროს შარავანდედიანი ვერცხლის მხედარი – წმინდა გიორგი. ფარის პირველ ნაწილში მწვანე ველზე გამოსახულია ოქროს ციხე. ფარის მეორე ნაწილში ლაჟვარდ ველზე გამოსახულია სამი ოქროს მონეტა ორი ერთზე.

Deutsch: „Das Wappen zeigt einen durch Wellenlinie geteilten Schild, der auf der Teilungslinie mit einem Herzschild belegt ist. Der rote Herzschild zeigt einen golden nimbierten silbernen Mann in Rüstung auf einem silbernen Pferd, der mit einer silbernen Lanze einen silbernen Drachen tötet - den Heiligen Georg. Das Wappen zeigt im oberen Feld in Grün eine goldene Burg, im unteren Feld in Blau drei zwei zu eins gestellte goldene Münzen.“
