Roy Thomas Baker (født 10. november 1946 i London) er en engelsk plateprodusent, låtskriver og arrangør, mest kjent som produsent for en rekke store band og artister som Queen, Guns N' Roses, The Who, The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Foreigner, Journey, Ozzy Osbourne, T. Rex, Dusty Springfield, Yes, Gasolin' og The Cars. En av hans aller mest kjente produksjoner er låten «Bohemian Rhapsody» med Queen.
