Clinton County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Michigan. Det ligger i de sentrale delene på den sørlige halvøya (Lower Peninsula) og grenser mot Gratiot County i nord, Shiawassee County i øst, Ionia County i vest, Ingham County i sørøst, Eaton County i sørvest, Saginaw County i nordøst og mot Montcalm County i nordvest.

Clinton Countys totale areal er 1 480 km² hvorav 8 km² er vann. I 2000 hadde fylket 64 753 innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen St. Johns.
Fylket ble grunnlagt i 1831 og har fått sitt navn etter guvernør DeWitt Clinton.
